These terms apply to purchases and use of the website of Demo. This is a starting template and should be reviewed for your gallery before trading. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

We aim to describe artworks accurately. Screen colours may differ from the original. Prices and availability are shown on the website. An order acknowledgement is not acceptance; we confirm acceptance and availability separately. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Delivery costs, destinations and estimated timings will be confirmed before you commit to the purchase. Please contact us about collection, international delivery or any delivery problem.

Where UK distance-selling rights apply, you generally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the work. Exceptions may apply to personalised or made-to-order items. Contact us for return instructions and responsibility for return costs. Faulty or misdescribed goods remain covered by your statutory rights.
